Our Artists

The hands behind the work

At Cedar & Sage, every piece carries a story.

Our artists bring their own traditions, teachings, and creativity into their work, each piece shaped by culture, community, and lived experience.

                             INDIGENOUS GOLD

We are a family owned small business from the Puyallup Tribe, made up of three generations of women taught y our mom/grandma. Our jewelry reflects our love, prayer, and traditions passed down through our family, with each handcrafted piece honoring our culture, and the women who came before us.

                                   The Cedar needle

The Cedar Needle is a collective of four women from the Quinault Tribe, creating work that reflects both tradition and connection. Their work is rooted in beadwork, blending generational knowledge with contemporary approach to design.

As a family based collective, their pieces each carry a sense of shared experience. Shaped by relationship, collaboration, and continuation of teaching through each generation.

The Cedar Needle creates work that feels both timeless and present, honoring, tradition while allowing space for modern expression.

                               Moon child creations

I started my business “Moonchild Creations” Back in August of 2023, I wanted to have a job but also be a SAHM full time so I didn’t miss anything special from my son!

I absolutely LOVE making clothing & meeting lots of new people through this line of work!

I do a lot of different custom work as well so if you’re ever looking for something specific let me know!

Her work reflects a deep connection to where she comes from, shaped by family, community, and the stories that continue to live on. Each piece holds that sense of care and continuity, honoring both past and what is being carried forward.

Through her work Barbra shares more than art, she shares connection, memory, tradition.

                        Indigenous Endeavors brand

Valerie Robinette is a Puyallup Tribal member, entrepreneur, mother of four, grandmother of two. Her journey into business began while raising her sons, when she started a consignment venture for kids clothing after the birth of her second child.

What began as a idea grew into a continued path of entrepreneurship, rooted in resourcefulness, care, and community. Valerie has carried forward the same drive forward over the years, building and creating with care.

Her work is a continuation of that path, shaped by resilience, growth, and those around her.

                                   Speakthunder Art

Born from the spirit of healing and a warrior lineage, my mission is to restore the quality of life for my people by reconnecting them to the Creator of Heaven and Earth.

As a multigenerational horseman, my resilience was forged in the traditions of the Nakota Sioux, the Columbia River people, and the Aztec, with the Puyallup tribe serving as the foundation of my intertribal style.

The grit of the rodeo—of broncs and bulls—taught me the humility required to serve. Today, I use my inheritance as a multigenerational drum maker and artist to advocate for those transitioning out of treatment and seeking a new path.

I invite you to join me in this work. Through our art, we celebrate deliverance from addiction and find unity with the Great Spirit through his son, ensuring a legacy of cultural vitality and survival for the generations to come.

                                       KeKeBeNo

His work is a reflection of where he comes from, and where he is choosing to go.
